The description will tell you if the equipment or supplies are new, demonstration, used or expired. Demonstration equipment was used to demonstrate the value but was not sold and returned. Used was sold and returned for any number of reasons but nothing defection, damaged or broken is listed. Expired is simply no longer suitable for use on humans however, they make great inexpensive ways to test ideas or train for the actual use. We stand behind each item that is it as described. Additionally, you have 7 days from the date of receiving the product to notify us it is not acceptable. You must pay the return shipping but we will within 7 business days of the receipt of the product issue a product refund equal to 75% of the product cost.
