SANI ProZyme™ Enzymatic Detergent is designed to remove blood, mucous, tissue and other proteins from delicate instruments. SANI ProZyme™ contains a proteolytic enzyme for effective cleaning of protein-rich soils. SANI ProZyme™ is not corrosive to instruments and is low foaming. This product can be used for both manual and automated cleaning. SANI ProZyme™ Enzymatic Detergent is specially formulated for use as a presoak or manual detergent and for use in ultrasonic units, automatic washers and evacuation systems. The enzyme breaks down (digests) the organic soils, and the detergent removes them, holding them in suspension and avoiding redepositing on the cleaned surfaces.
